Jonlin, I am on day 2, too. I also feel good that I do not stink, and I am taking lots of deep breaths when I get cravings. We will do this!

After trying to quit 100 times I know I will beat this thing this time. I am trying acupuncture this time. So far I have had only two really bad cravings. I am on edge and sleeping more than normal. I am breathing easier and I do not stink. Jonlin

Hi Andy I do feel better. I know I will quit this time. I have a lot of support. None of my friends smoke and I am tired of hiding and sneaking around for a smoke. Good luck to you. :)

Put this thought in your mind.......Quitting is a "choice" and I want to quit MORE than I want to smoke. choose it.....then hang tough and don't loose it Katy My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/4/2002 Smoke-Free Days: 1617 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 64,692 Amount Saved: $8893.5 Life Gained: Days: 210 Hrs: 22 Mins: 50 Seconds: 26
