Good for you mookie! Try establishing a new ritual after meals, instead of smoking. When I'm at work, I suck on a mint, or chew on a straw. When I am at home, I relax with a book, or watch a movie. Anything to develop a new habit pattern. You seem so committed to your quit and that is the main ingredient.
