When you quit smoking it is going to free up a lot of time that you use to spend smoking. Plan and prepare now for your quit day. Think of things you would like to do to fill all the added hours you will have in your life. Would you like to plant a garden, take up exercising, refurbishing a piece of furniture, you name it ... ... think of all the things you have wanted to do, but haven't ... do them.
When we (my husband & I) smoked ... we were always so tired and felt like we could not get everything done that we needed to get done in a day. We wished days were longer. Now we can take a nap in the middle of the day if we want AND still get everything done in a day. It is wonderful. We exercise, we go out, we went and saw a movie last night and we didn't miss any parts of the movie for a smoke break ... I'm loving my new life!
Come on over to the other side of the fence ... it beautiful over here!
