I'm already feeling better. I'm going to the gym after work. In ky and its been cloudy and raining all week but the temp is nice in the upper 60's. Everyone have a happy Mothers days and just think we will have more because we quit.

You must be in the Midwest - it's 38 rainy and dreary. Yuk. It will get better, - HEY find something fun to do after work. I grabbed some girlfriends who never smoked and we're going out to the movies to celebrate my quitting!

Boy did Lady have a great suggestion! Where do you think you will go? Bahamas? Hawaii? Hummmmm, I think I'd like to go to Bermuda.
Hang in there, you are doing great!

Occupy your mind and the rest will follow. How about exploring vacation sites and trying to find where you want to spend your one year anniversary????
Check out some cruise ships, beaches, resorts..whatever it is you like to do.
Take a lot of deep breaths and drink some water. Get up and go for a walk... search for inspirational sayings... look for inspirational quotes... If none of that works, let me know and I'll try to come up with something else.
Hope you feel better soon.
