And does anyone know how much water can be too much water. I Feel like I have opened my own water park in here.
well the water park is closed for this evening and the wine celler has opened up. I think i will have a glass of red wine- I never like cigs and wine together anyway so that wont bother me. the cravings tonight are very strong, ive taken the dogs out for a walk and if i keep on doing these inhale and exhale, youll read about me in the paper
"women found floating near mars"

ROFL! @ healthier me & the water park comment!
You would have to drink three quarts of water or more all at once to water overdose.
Unless you are drinking that much ... I think you'll be fine. heh!

Haha, just Mars?
Hang in there, keep trying to distract yourself and if all else fails wear yourself out with some kind of physical activity. You brain can't think about nicotine if it's dead tired! Get up and get active, it'll help with the nicotine related anxiety as well.

Don't worry over the water park - I had my own too, just about the same time they said we had a water shortage over here in England - no wonder I drank it all in the first week of my quit!!!
Your drink as much as you want, I told myself it was flushing all the posion out of my body and making me heal much quicker.
I still drink loads of it as coffee doesn't really appeal anymore.

Congratulations on your decision!
What you really need is not luck, but determination and focus on your reasons for quitting.
Take each minute, hour and day, one step at a time, happy in the knowledge that you are giving that Nicodemon a good kicking!
