Hi everyone. Changed by Quit Day to to-morrow. Have been reading and reading the site for the past few hours. Really working on my positive frame of mind but still feeling a little nervous. I am so sick and tired of smoking and now I want to get on with my Quit. Wish me luck! Anyone else quitting to-morrow? Would love to hear from you. JT Look forward to hearing from you tomorrow to know how you are doing!!! Stay positive and you will be off to a great start. Wanting to make the quit stick is important. It's your choice and you have made a great decision to give the butts the boot! Plan some activities you enjoy that you never take the time to do (cuz you used to be too busy smoking!). You'll be fine, stick with the SSC and work the program tools, it's to your benefit. Best, CobenFan (Christine M). JT, Welcome to SSC, I'm glad that you have been reading and getting to know the site. You have made a positive decision, so keep a positive attitude and you will fly. Don't forget to reward yourself at every turn. Even if it is just to say: "I got through the day", and that is a major step. Just one day at a time. Stay close to the site read and post there is someone alway here to help all you have to do is ask. Congratulation on you decision to quit. It is a decision you will never regret.
