PAMALA, BIG 20 DAYS, EXCELLENT. Hopefully you serve as a good influence to others in your life (or may already have in this case) It feels great, doesn't it? I have had two of my smoker friends just look at me and go Really? You quit?? REALLY? WOW. Then I can see them contemplating why they are still smoking. I know that because I USED to be THEM! Today is my 21st day... not done with it yet, but still lol.. okies so about 3 weeks now, and not even wanting one at all.. I'm sooooo proud of myself! I never thought it would be this easy for me! Not only that, but in the process I've been sticking to www.sparkspeople.com (which can help with the weigh gain) and not only have I not gained any weight, but I've dropped 5 lbs! woohooo And to top it all off, my bf decided last week that he was going to "try" to quit, well he left for work before I woke up, BUT I do know he ran out last night, so I'm HOPING he's not bumming at work LOL... but this may turn into a smoke free home yet, so I'm SO excited! and I just wanted to share a bit! *hugs* everyone keep believing in yourself and you can KTQ!
