Hi,
I am now more than 10 days free ... and I can function now a little bit, I am able to work again (I am a free-lancer, mostly working at home), I can go to a shop without wanting to buy cigis, or if it comes, I can resist it ... and also there parts of the day, when I am not thinking of smoking /not smoking.
Now I find it very difficult the encounters with people who smoke. there are some collegues and friends as well, and I am not in the position to avoid everyone - although I did this mostly the last days.
Today a friend came along, and asked for a coffee (I also stopped with drinking coffee) and he said, he would like to have a cg with his coffee outside.
I prepared the coffee (I wanted to say, I dont give you a coffee, because it is difficult for me. But it is not nice, is it?) Anyway I prepared it, gave it to him, I went outside with him, and it was extreemly difficult.
I smelt his smoke -
and it was a big temptation.
I was thinking on that even after he left ... more than an hour, and now I am here.
I realize I want a smoke if someone else is smoking more ...
but I have to live with that somehow - people smoking around me
How can I stay stable, and keep my quit??
Thanks, Parola
