How a persons mood can change so many times in one day, hell; one hour is scarey. I signed in feeling crappy again this morning and read the post from "Me". A lot of the things that person was talking about was hitting home.
After reading and responding to it, I know were all in this together. And that is enough inspiration to get me through this moment.
Thank You Each and Every One of You!! :)

I felt the exact same way Ronko!
Now though, I am lifted. My day and thoughts and feelings were not as "strong" as Me's were.
I consider it a blessing that I can change from a sobbing, angry, bi***, to a modivated, go-getter, never want to smoke girl.
It means I am healing....................

Ron.. you are very early in your quit. It is an emotional rollercoaster. I know you feel like you are going to lose your mind because that is how we all felt for a while. You are breaking an addiction and there is nothing easy about it. When we quit smoking, everything changes. I can tell you that these changes are for the better and that there is light at the end of the tunnel. That light is freedom from the enslavement of smoking.
Reach down deep inside yourself and pull out all the strength you can get your hands on. Quitting smoking is probably the hardest thing you will ever do. You are fighting for your life. Don't give up. It does get better, it just takes time. I promise you that the freedom is worth every bit of the agony you are going through right now so just hang on with everything you've got. One step at a time. One day at a time. You ARE doing it!

Hi, Ron.
Read Lady's post again. She seems to have the magic touch when explaining things like this.
Your brain is trying frantically to relearn how to experience and cope with life without the effects of nicotine. This is a healing process. Rejoice in it. :)
