DD, welcome back, happy that you made the decision to climb back on the wagon. It will take a lot of hard work to stay but you can do it. If you can walk into a gas station where you purchased you cig's you're a brave person. :) I don't think I could have even gotten out of the house on my first day. :8o: You're right about those steps, they were little baby steps for me at first. I'm still taking it step by step, and sometimes minute by minute. Remember your breathing and lots of water. I love green tea decaf of course. You might want to try it. Blessings sent your way.....
