I'm sure that my history of smoking 2ppd for 30 years has a great deal to do with it, but I finally woke up for the first time without an immediate battle with an intense, constant all-day crave. Even after coffee, I am at a tolerable level. After 54 days, this is a blessing to only have a mild desire to smoke. If I can just get a few recharge days like this in per week, I can begin to see the light and manage the rest.
Just a thumbs up for all my fellow heavy smokers who were lighting up every 10-15 minutes of their wakeful lives. It can be done!
