Well I am proud of myself today!! i made it to 75 days!!
I had this ugliest thought come to me today as I was walking down my road. (It was a beautiful day here btw) I saw a full cigarette on the ground it prolly was a bit crushed though. But full neverless, feeling a bit stressed I thought about smoking it!! EWWW I know!!! But of course I didnt have a lighter on me, and plus it wasnt worth getting one!!
I cant stress this enough to new quitters, cravings get strong at time but they GO AWAY. As long as you dont entertain the thought and just accept you have a craving it will be just a mere passing thought.
This quit has been very easy for me and i hope it continues to be!!
I am very proud of myself!! :-)
