Ron, many do not realize how hard the lack of sleep thing is!!! I am sleeping a little bit better --I still get up about 4 times and the dreams are real CRAZY ones. After reading what you have been dealing with, I will just have to have the patience to get through this part of the the process. There are so many things I have learned here, the breathing really helps me as I still have a tightness in my chest. Great job so far for you RON and I am hopefully right behind you!!

Finally, a seven hour sleep with no bad dreams... (Just good ones)!
Any of you new people trying to quit, let me tell you that the last 23 days for me were pure hell. From the lack of sleep and other problems... I had a smoke in my mouth last Sunday... but I would not light it. (Don't know if I could being as my hands were trembling so bad lol). I hope, I'm on the road to recovery. You all can do it with the right frame of mind and determination.
The biggest plus for me is the SSC. All the support the other members have given me through post's and the IM are what helped me through. I wish I could name you all. I can't... so instead I'll offer a "Thank you" and a ((((BIG HUG)))).
Take care,
Ron
