Hi Butterfly What a great story to share. I'm afraid I was never as fit as you...I used to go to the gym to "clear out my lungs" since smoking seemed to be playing havoc on them. On Saturday, I was at the gym and realized that it had been ages since I had the skungy cough. Now I go to the gym to get fit. Hey Pam, What an inspiration you are, determination will take you far. I think it is one of the most important part of our quit other that commitment. You have them both my friend, and that is freedom. Congratulation on your 205 days, and being able to endure the 26 hrs of lifeguard training, that took a lot of courage. My hat is off to you... :) Be blessed, SUNSHINE My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/7/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 134 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,291 Amount Saved: $469 Life Gained: Days: 19 Hrs: 9 Mins: 23 Seconds: 12
Cuddles It's better to be a non-smoker with an occasional desire for a cig than a smoker with a constant desire to quit......
