It was 100 days ago today that I posted on this website for the first time. I was slugging it out with old demon nicotine. I still have an occasional craving but I have not smoked and I'm proud of that. It seemed like I needed this website a lot when I first quit. I know that just being on a quit smoking website focused me on the task at hand and kept me from wandering when I might have. Thank you to this website and all of you. It and you have made all the difference at my arriving at this 100 day mark.
