I'm still here and smoke free...but Wow !! this is freaking hard. Like the last 3 days have been horrible. Have Doctors appointment tommorow. He told me to quit smoking last time I was there .. 1 month ago...I'm kind of excited to show up and show him that I'm 2 weeks smoke free... Hey everyone, still smoke-free an loving every moment! Last night I went to the movies and in the middle of I thought about when I would be impatient after awhile wanting a smoke right after it ends.
