Okay. I think that is a great thought! Your words have been inspiring to me - I think I just might get my big a** off of the computer and actually do something productive! Thank you for inspiring me to be a better person.
Oh, and I agree with Carlos:

just wanted to toss up an update... it's been over 3 days now since my slip and I have not had ONE single urge to smoke.... I simply don't want to! if I think about smoking it's only when other ppl are and it's not even a "I want one" type thought.. it's a "why did I do that?" so yippee! yea me! woohooo!

My reward is actually feeling better about myself lol.. I'm on a diet too and doing really well... I'm actually excersizing 6 days a week in addition to at least a short walk every day.... (3 cardio days and 3 strength building days)...
I really don't have any rewards set up... mostly because I feel like I'm finally doing what I should've been ages ago... and partially because I'm broke all the time.. even now that I've quit smoking, that money's going to other stuff that I need (like gas in my car and food and etc) right now I have less money coming in on a regular basis also... (bf changed jobs)
as for rewarding myself with time to sit and relax or read a book or whatever... I've got too much of that already lol...
I'm simply adopting an entire new outlook on life, and I'd like to say that quitting smoking did it, but that's not true.. the outlook is what made me quit... I started my own Mary Kay business back at the very end of January, and the past couple of months surrounded by such postive and powerful women and changed me... and I want to be more like them... a better me... so that's my reward, being a better person, and knowing it in my heart...
okies done rambling ol

*hugs* guys! I think I rock too! LOL ;p
I actually went jogging today.... well, sorta, I jogged about 1/2 a mile of it total.. it was still too cold for my lungs to be jogging more than that.. (I've had a severe pain in my throat and lungs if I breath too hard in cold weather, at least since I was about 12 so that's not all from smoking lol) but I'm not a skinny little girl.. and the last time I even tried to get myself jogging on a regular basis I was probly about 16.. so about a decade ago lol... I don't think I'll ever really get into running/jogging very far.. but if I can at least do a walk a block then jog a block kind of thing I'll be happy lol...
Good for you, maybe you should have a nice reward for being so good :) You are worth it!
