Dear All thanks for your support - I got through last night and although I have had to take today literally minute by minute, it is easing now and getting a little easier. One of my work colleagues made herself a fancy dress costume last night of a cigarette and then jumped out at me today - she wanted me to 'fight' her and to remember that temptation is around every corner, and that they are all here for me too and proud of what I am doing (I am extremely lucky in that none of my immediate work colleagues smoke altough some are ex-smokers). anyway, I now have a picture of her dressed like that and me karate-chopping her on my phone - made me laugh, but also made me realise just how lucky I am that people support me and that someone was prepared to go to all that effort in her own time to make me laugh and feel loved. I CAN do this. I HAVE already done 5 days. Hell week is nearly over. Already I can breathe easier and can smell better - heck, I never knew the moisturiser I use had any smell at all! Thanks guys - better today (for now anyway!)
