Day 5. I think it is getting better. I am not as testy. But it is still so difficult. The patch was useless for me. I stopped after 2 days. I felt no different not wearing it. I see no reason to continue with the patch. The gum gives me hiccups! I follow the directions, but it makes me burp and gives me hiccups. Friday night at dinner was the first time I appreciated the counties that banned smoking in restaurants and bars. No temptation there. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/26/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 4 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 143 Amount Saved: $30 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 12 Mins: 50 Seconds: 40

Congratulations Pearl Lady! You're doing great! Keep up the good work. You will probably still have a few rough days, but nothing you can't handle. Just keep doin' what you've been doin' and you'll be fine. Congratulations on 4 days! Crave the Quit!
