Tomorrow is my new day in life! I have tried to Quit several times but always failed. I know my weak points and going to concentrate on them. I have it in my head this time to finally lay down those cigs for good. I want to breathe better and feel better over all. I don't like having anything taking control of me. Those cigs have. I have a plan (different from the other quit times) and I am confident it will work. I need all the support I can get and will support others! Good Luck to all and to me!

Congrats on your decision!! I'm sure you can make it. It's the first steps that are harder to do. I'm on my 6th day of quitting and still going at it. You will find that this site will help you. Talk to you later, Stephanie :)

I understand what you are saying about the cigarettes being in control. I think my greatest motivation to quit is that I like to be in control of my self. Now for the first time in 52 years, I'm beginning to gain that control. Good luck. A permanent quit is easy...if you work at it hard enough. What is hard enough you ask - You must decide that is. Those above me here gave you the formula for success. It is all on the left of this page. I am in your corner on this but you cannot throw any punches or throw in the towel. Lets go out there and beat the monster to a pulp. We can do this...I know it.
