Still not smoking. Not craving, but still lots and lots of thinking about it. But I know I will do whatever it takes to get to that first day where I don't think about it at all. I still want to be quit more than I want to smoke. Funny, I don't think about quitting anymore. I am quit. I am an ex-smoker in recovery. It's a choice! Nicky, Welcome to our support community. If you take a look around the site you will see "click here to download the quit meter" This should be done within minutes. Take the time to go through the program and really prepare yourself. Preparation is essential to a successful quit. Take the time to post often and see the amazing support our online members offer. Let us know how we can help, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
