Ex Roller, I think you just started it! I'll go:
My personal stats are: I'm 56 and I used to smoke 1 1/2 to 2 packs a day. Here are my new stats:
I have been quit for 1 Year, 4 Weeks, 2 Days, 17 hours, 35 minutes and 37 seconds (395 days). I have saved $1,483.99 by not smoking 11,871 cigarettes. I have saved 1 Month, 1 Week, 3 Days, 5 hours and 15 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 12/14/2004 10:48 PM
I hope that this information will show new quitters that you are never too old, too addicted, or too addle-brained :p to quit. It can be done. You just have to make up your mind to do it and then not let any person, thought, or situation get in your way.
Today I have not craved or wanted to smoke.
Rusty :)
