December Breakers-Mon Feb 13 06 roll call

Good morning everyone -- Really struggled this weekend. I have been feeling extremely stressed about school and the thought of my old friend to help me through has sounded better lately than it had in quite awhile. But I will not smoke. If for no other reason - I don't want to go through withdrawal again. A few rough days is nothing compared to the craziness and intensity of stopping and starting and stopping again... Going for a 6 mile run tonight -- Hoping to run off the cravings. Have a great day everyone. I'm still here. Lori, I've been running quite a bit too. It definitely is helping me. I joined a local running club to train with. I've also been doing yoga, talking to a counselor, playing golf and other things. I try to have a schedule to help me look forward to things to do each week so I'm not overwhelmed by looking too far into the future. I've been pretty stressed too - these things help me to maintain my focus. Good luck. keep on keepin' on - fish My Milage: My Quit Date: 12/21/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 54 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,639 Amount Saved: $270 Life Gained: Days: 7 Hrs: 1 Mins: 37 Seconds: 17

Still here, have been sick since sunday when I woke up. Today is the first day I've not slept every minute I've been home, that is all I seem to be doing, going to work and sleeping. Only good thing about that is I'm not eating alot. :) Glad to hear things are going "OK" for everyone else. Sorry it took me 2 days to respond to you!! Still here and still quit. I'm focused on that 100 day mark now. I don't know why but it seems important. It's great to come on and see my fellow Breakers (what's left of us) still NOT SMOKING. Hi Breakers, I've noticed a few of you posting, so I am assuming you are doing well. I'd like to know if we still have all our members, and how everyone in our little December 06 group is doing... ...of course we all know Brent is still around and still quit (can you imagine how quiet it would be if he wasn't? ;p) just kidding Brent - we love ya!! Smokefree2, Bill, penquin and brentw1 have all gone more than 2 MONTHS without a cigarette!! that's one sixth of a YEAR! Anyway, I should go do some work now. BREAKERS RULE!!!!!!!
