How about being able to take in a LUNGFUL of that fresh air?
I am still amazed at how poorly I was breathing.......and didn't even really realize it. I knew I was wheezing a bit (could hear rumbles in my chest). But every day walking didn't cause me to lose breath, so I figured I was "normal".
WOW. Was I WRONG. Now I know what normal is, and it's wonderful!!
