Cuddles -- here's a distraction to try. I do this when I can't sleep (often!). Close your eyes and sit in a relaxed position or lie down. Recite numbers in your head in this fashion: 100...1. 99....2. 98.....3. 97.....4. Got the pattern? Think of nothing else. If you lose track, start over at the beginning. Usually by the 4th attempt I've gotten no farther than 94....7, and by then I'm in some zen number-zone that lets me get to sleep, or at least calm the storm in my mind.

Hey Cuddles, Try not to torture yourself. You've already destroyed the nicodemon monster that lived in your body. Now you have to destroy the bigger monster inside your head. Knowledge is power-know your enemy! Nobody that smokes really wants to smoke and you know that if you ever took another puff that it will taste and feel awful and you'll have to learn to smoke again. Why would anyone want to learn to smoke again? It's ALL an illusion in our minds. Fight the illusions and enjoy your life now as a non-smoker. Cuz that's what we are now NON-smokers!! Breathe deep, rejoice and enjoy life! ;p
