Hey everyone!!
It's another beutiful sunny smoke-free day!!!!
I am doing well, on my 19th day I think??
Went out with my non-smoking friends last night for dinner and a movie. It was good fun and didn't have any cravings! Whooo-hoo!!!!
I wish I had some wisdom about how I am not finding it difficult but the only thing i can think about is, that its your attitude, you have to be positive and remind yourself why your doing this and how much life is without smoking.
You really have to want to quit for it to be easy, otherwise youu will just be thinking about how much it sucks that you are depriving yourself.
Plus telling myself that if I smoked now it wouldnt taste good, and since I'd only want "one" cigarette that "one" cigarette would taste bad and I'd have to smoke a pack to get that good cigarette and it's not worth it!!!
How are my Knights doing?
