A Week Day Update!

Helllo Everyone!!! So it's my 44th day, I think days go by slower no than they did before in regards to my quit before its like oh! 2 weeks is great! than a month wow! than when your inbetween. Almost to two months things are just blah! Its not such a big milestone really! Although everyday should be a milestone, everyday and every situation you go through! I feel comfortable in my quit now. Picked up some good coping mechanisms my immediate thought isnt smoking when things get tough, or I am excited. Things can just be sometimes. They dont need an adadote really. Bad news is bad news in itself why make it worse? Good news is good in itself why made it bad? Welcome all new quitters from March! The month will go by fast believe me! It did for me! as long as you move forward and dont think of everyday youve lost or suffered without smoking. Everyday is a day gained!! Peace Out!
