Hey Everyone, Another beautiful smoke-free day!!! I just got my hair done as my treat for a month, (cant stop treating myself!! :-) I went to my hairdresser that i havent seen in awhile and we used to smoke outside w/ eachother wen I was there. I guess she forgot i smoked or didnt ask me if I still did because when she said she was going for a smoke she didnt ask today! I am kind of glad because some smokers get so pissed off when you say you've quit and are threatened. But otherwise i wouldve just said i quit but not lecture. Its hard not to lecture people but I try not to because they just get mad and its really none of my buissness. But last night i was talking to a friend that smokes about how much better i feel not smoking. She said smokings pretty stupid even though she smokes. To encourage her to think of quitting i said i knew she could do it if she really wanted to. That I believe in her. She was happy i said that. I dont think she will quit but at least she knows someone who would suport her if she did. It just sucks when all the ppl I know smoke. Esp. my sister, she wont quit and I worry for her health shes older than me but still in denial that shes not addicted and that she doesnt want to quit!! I wish she would quit! Maybe seeing me quit she will eventually quit. Who knows I want to inpire ppl to quit too! Esp. all my friends and family that smoke. But i dont wanna be an annoying ex smoker. I remeber those types of ppl..... Anyways gpotta go!! How my Knights doing?
