Hey Everyone!!!
Another beautiful sunny smoke free day!! haha!
I am doing amazing today! Not feeling a craving!!! :-)
A good way to fight nicotine I think is to be a child again, like last night I was playing video games and it was so fun!!
Just being child like makes you forget why on earth you'd ever pick up a cigarette. I pretend Ive never even heard of smoking. That smoking is not an option for me!!
Although I had a nightmare last night about smoking!! I was sooo upset but relieved when I realized it was a dream!!! Whew!!!
Another great thing that I learned today is that when you are going through hard times to talk to yourself the way you'd talk to a close friend going through a hard time. Would you tell her a cigarette is all she needs? NO!!!
When you are going through an highly emotional time remind yourself that you have all the strength and tools you need to get by.
When you think you can't make it, think of all the accomplishments you've done before that you never thought you could do. Why should smoking be any different than any other hard accomplishment youve done? It's all in the mind I think. If you think its going to be hard it is!!
Anyways, How are my Knights doing?
