In the beginning of my quit, the weekend promise to be smoke free kept me going. For some reason, the weekends always seemed to be the most difficult time. Each weekend I come here and commit to stay smoke free.
Every one of us is capable of great accomplishments. One of the greatest achievements we can experience is breaking free of the enslavement smoking imposes upon us. There is not one member of this quit family who is not capable of success.
To those that are still struggling, if the temptation to smoke gets the best of you this weekend, come here and post BEFORE you smoke. There are so many quitters willing to help and you need only ask.
I promise to be smoke free in Georgia this weekend.
