Je parle un petite peu de Francais. Mais je pense que tu utilize N'est pas correctement.

I had an urge today. I had a thought about smoking. Instead, went downtown for Starbucks and walked hills. I haven't been able to walk hills for several decades (how many? don't ask)because I smoked. I will NEVER ever ever let the nicodemon win. It was so cool (actually fabulous is a better adjective but hate to get carried away or awesome, the adjective of choice by the young) to walk all over town without being winded and soooo strong from going to the gym. Started a yoga class Friday. Plus the barista at Starbucks was so mesmerized by my radiance, he gave me a pound of coffee for the half pound price.....true story. Or maybe it was wacky tobbacky and not my radiance....who knows. I like my version.
OK, I am certifiably obnoxious.....nothing worse than a reformed smoking couch potato. Who cares, I'm very healthy and loving it!
One is too many and 1,000 is not enough.
Stay strong and close all you newbies........it is so worth it.
Janet
P.S. Lady, I don't believe you REALLY wanted to dance on the deck with the nicodemon. Tell me you were dreaming. I'm five days away from six months. YESSSSSSSSSSS

I know that, Lady, just a bit of idle finger-wagging... A rare opportunity with you and so I made mention. We all have our moments, n'est pas? Don't know why I decided to drag out a French phrase just now...can only hope it's accurate or that there are no French speaking people who wish to correct me (fat chance)lol.
You go girl,
Janet :)

Yes Janet....more like a nightmare than a dream. I love being smoke free and don't have any plans of changing that. Life is good as a non smoker. Six months is an awesome milestone. Hope you have a great reward planned.
