 Oh my gosh Gazza, you are ahead of me by 3 days, I apologize. I just knew you joined the day I did and assumed that we quit on the same day. Sorry for my mistake...still want to mention you anyway though. Good job Gazza!!!!!!! Denisey & Gazza great job on 1 week!! I think the first week was the worst for me, i guess thats why it's called Hell week!! Denisey......rewards are VERY IMPORTANT. and fun...... :) But as simple or as silly as it may seem, you need to do something to recognize what you have accomplished. Or you will start feeling that the quit "isn't worth the effort". Something to look forward to, something spontaneous, something you put off getting because you couldn't afford it. Look at how much money you have saved!!! Awesome job! Keep up the quit! :8|: My Milage: My Quit Date: 12/19/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 33 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 501 Amount Saved: $222.75 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 0 Mins: 21 Seconds: 4

Congratulations on 1 week of freedom. I remember how good that felt. You are doing great, dont forget to reward yourself, you are worth it. Don't worry about the confused state, it will go away in time :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 4/21/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 275 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 5,506 Amount Saved: $2062.5 Life Gained: Days: 35 Hrs: 23 Mins: 59 Seconds: 59
