Ok- I am awake now. I was in sunny Florida for three weeks. Once again, things I had done in the past down there (like sitting on a deck outside the cottage) triggered the urge to smoke. I did not. Instead I walked on the beach every morning for an hour with a friend. I didn't lose that weight I put on because I was enjoying the WONDERFUL food in Florida, but I don't think I gained any more either. I hope you are all well, and I see we have a lot of new folks. Welcome all and please stick close to this site. It is very very helpful, if not a lifesaver!!
