Well done! I had a bad day yesterday and thought about smoking. Not for long I have to say....it just got dismissed as an option. Bad stuff happens whather we smoke or not. ok..this is the story of the horrible no good very bad day for me lol long day at work...teach kindergarten :) love the job but the kids have had no outside time for days :(( , meeting after school til 4:45..find a letter from the bank when i get home..my dear husband bounced 2 checks (he is currently in ca. so had to resolve it myself lol), went to my volunteer job at 5..my replacement didn't come on time. Just got home and sat down to read and post here. And I DIDN'T smoke, even with the stress of my day. I have vowed that no matter what kind of crappy day I might have, no matter what emotional event might suddenly appear in my life,I WILL NOT SMOKE. Now I feel better and can go to bed :) thanks all...have a great Friday!!! Sally, Here's to a better Friday! It was nice to read that you didn't run for a cigarette when the stress got going... smoking doesn't ease stress, it just creates more. Smokers are fooled into believing otherwise. Keep on keepin' on! [b][color=Purple]Be Strong. Be Smart.
