I had a behavioural addiction before that I successfully quit and a drug related semi-addidction that I quit before it got too difficult to quit.
Sometimes I get cravings, but it has been so long since I have done either, that these thoughts are ludicris and I laugh at them and dont act on them.
This nicotine addiction though I belive will be harder because it was an everyday thing and everyone knew I smoked so it wasn't like I had to hide it.
But I hope one day I can have thoughts like the ones I have about the other addictions Ive kicked one day.
