Just stopped by to check up on everyone and say THANKS AGAIN!! without this site I know I would have caved early in this quit as I had with other quits. Really want to know how everyone else is coping. Had a HUGE crave a couple days ago and rode it out easily knowing it would go away. I actually went through one whole day when not only didn't I crave, I forgot I had ever smoked! That felt gooooooooooooood. Keep up the good fight all. You know I'm with you.
