For those of you who are very new to this journey, I went back into the archives and pulled up some post of people who are now old hands at this stuff. One is in this forum called BLAH WEEK? The other three are in coping with symptoms..all those are by Patches and called NEwbies day 1-7, days 8-15 and, days 15-30.
Not only are they interesting reading, but they show you what we went through ( pretty much the same as you). We made it, and so can you. Just Keep on keeping on.
