Mookie - easy does it, there will come day where your mind is not monopolized by cigarettes all day. Until that time comes, you need to fill your mind with all the good things and keep it busy. You're doing well and need to reward yourself for every day you don't smoke!!! Rewards are how you treat yourself for a great job. This is most likely the one of the hardest things in life you will do - and guess what?? YOu're doing it! I'm proud of you, stay strong and keep chugging along. You'll be ecstatic that you did!!! Be gentle with yourself - if you're sleep is interrupted, take that nap (or two) and let that be your reward. We're here .....
