Pushing the numbers

3.84 days saved by not smoking / 52 days quit = 0.0738. So, before you quit you spent 7.38% of your time smoking. What a waste! The assumption is that each smoke takes three minutes to smoke. So.. #notsmoked X 3 = minutes not smoked minutes not smoked divided by 60 = hours not smoked hours not smoked divided by 24 = days not smoked These yield numbers that reflect the ACTUAL time you would have spent smoking the cigarettes on your meter - for me it.... 1842 X 3 = 5526 minutes or 92.1 hours or 3.84 days. I'd have to smoke continuously for 3.84 days to make up for the smokes I haven't had during my quit. I'll never catch up..... Forget it, it's not worth starting again.... What do your numbers look like?
