"Freezing for a couple of puffs". Yep, been there, done that! ;p You may want to take up a new hobby now. Perhaps reading, working puzzles, whatever. When you quit you will find tons of time on your hands.. time that you used to spend "freezing for a couple of puffs".
If you are concerned about weight gain, now is the time to start a small exercise program. Walking around the block, floor exercises, etc. They all add up.
