CONGRATULATIONS! You are doing awesome and I still love your attitude. I think its time for a nice reward for 4 weeks not smoking. Rewards are so important and they are so much fun to get. Besides you are worth it. Keep up the great work! Today is 28 days for me. A milestone for sure. I have been smoke free for 4 solid weeks now. I can smell better, taste better, breath easier, do more, I have more energy, my truck smells great, my clothes smell great, my teeth are getting whiter, my color has improved, people are complimenting me on the quit.... Damn - what could be better. It's cold and raining outside here today and guess what? It's a beautiful day! 4 WEEKS! WOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOO for me!

Attitude seems to be three quarters of the battle. The more I tell myself I'm doing fine, the better I do. Here's my meter! I smoked two packs a day for 30 years. Folks, it can be done - I'm proof.
