Jan, So glad your back. Take it slow. I don't know where you live. I live in California and we have a lot of non-smoking areas. We don't smok in any public place. Heck you have to be 20 feet from the playground at the park to smoke. My point is this. Try to spend some of your weekend in areas your not allowed to smoke. ie movies, mall, museums, the gym ect. It might help to get past some of the first few hours Keep up the good fight.
