Here I am beginning day 5 and I am scared, I want to cry, but it hurts too much. You see I have a head cold, and now my chest is hurting, and I am sure that is from the not smoking... I haven't been coughing so I have to put some excuse to why my chest hurts. I had to put the patch on last night, cause I was craving, and I was really close to caving. My chest is getting tighter today than it has been the last couple of days.. :( I have a dr's appointment today. I remember the last time I wanted to quit, I was going through a major manic episode, and he told me not to quit. He has actually told me to stop quitting before, ...Pick your mouths up off the ground... it was better at that time for me to smoke then to go in a hospital. But now I am leveled out with my medications...am doing quite well, and the ducks seem to have lined up... he gave me the go ahead 2 weeks ago, told me that I should be okay this time around... and you know ..I am not my moody self yet..a little emotional ..but not too bad. Ramble ramble ramlbe... that is me .. I am sorry .. I apologize alot too :) Time to work :) or not :) Have a good Smokeless day! N.O.P.E Jan
