Hi Bambi; Sounds like me. I am using patch and cravings have not really been bad, not like I expected after 35 years of smoking. I do get one once in awhile, have to tell myself smoking will not make me feel better, only I can do that. My morning craving has pretty much left, and when it is there, I grab my coffee and get on this site. I have never quit for more than a day before, this time I was informed and committed and I tell myself when a craving does hit, it will pass, You will get thru it, come to this site when you need help. Keep up the good work.
