I am soooo sorry for missing the previous posts from a few days ago congratulating me on my 50 days! And I thought no one noticed or cared.......shame on me! When I just read them, it was exactly what I needed at the time! It's been a rough couple of days, and have had some bad cravings today(I'm sure pschycological at this point?). It seems just when I'm feeling very secure in my quit, WHAM!!!!!. My right arm for a cig today..........but I fired up my puter as soon as I could and I truly feel better after reading your posts. Once again.......you pulled me through!!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you one and all. I wish strength to each and every one of you that is fighting this battle. Please come here if you feel like slipping. It saved my butt today!! Lady, Thank you for your kind words. I strongly feel that it will get easier from here on out, and your assurance was just what I needed to hear! You are doing so very well..........I will be so proud of myself when I reach the point you are at now, and you should be very proud of yourself for such a HUGE accomplishment! Have a great, smoke-free weekend! Hi Kenoqueen, Be proud of every single smoke free day. Were winning this war one day at a time. I think one of the hardest parts of staying quit is learning to cope with lifes trials without a cigarette. Once we realize that the cigarette didnt do a dang thing to help us cope with stressful situations, we have a much easier time staying quit. Heres to your 55 days of freedom! :) Not cravin', never cavin'. KQ, you should be very proud of yourself! Focus on your successes and what a great job you have done. You know you always have a lot of shoulders here to cry on if you need to.
