We currently have a hamster called Roger and a large rabbit called Peter who hates me! I used to be the "rabbit grabber" when my daughter could not catch him and I swear he holds a grudge!
Used to have a golden retreiver called Bess and she made 13, pretty old for that breed. I still have the odd chat with her down by the tree that marks the spot in the garden....she brought up my kids, sounds silly really and only a dog owner would really understand.
Bit like stopping smoking really, only other ex smokers really know what it can be like, and I mean both good as well as bad!

So good to hear you are still smoke free. Sorry bout your baby being sick. I had 3 dobies and they were the best. Now I have a 9 month old Boxer and she is a joy. 219 Days is something to be very proud of.

Hi Everyone: Just checking in to see how everyone is doing. I'm doing OK. Have been very busy & haven't posted in a couple of days. My pooch had a hernia/tumor removal surgery. She's OK but had to go back and have it drained. I worry about her constantly as she's 11 now and she's had two other tumor sugeries in the last 2 years. I'm told it's a doberman thing when they get older. On another note, I had my colon scope today, everything is fine, no polyps, no cancer, thank the good Lord. Dodged another bullet. Smoking going ok, but still having urges. Fighting them off. Hope you all are doing well with your quits? Hugs Marilyn

Thanks for all your kind words. She's getting better as each day goes by. Miserable day here in CT. Torrential downpours and winds gusting to 60 mph. Just taking it easy today.
