I think that the physical part is past. I am more aware now of my triggers. Stress at work is a huge one, but I got through the week without smoking!!! Also late in the afternoon or in my car, this is where my no cigarretts cigarettes come in handy, and the herbs inside freshen my breath. The hard part is when I am getting ready in the morning it seems that smoking is the only thing that I can think of. Any suggestions on what else to put in my mind?
Hello Mad
I smoked first thing in the morning. I mean first thing.
NOW
I get up, fire up the computer, sign into the SSC, make myself a fruit smoothy, ultra lowfat and lots of fresh fruit, fix myself a coffee and really concentrate on how nice, professional and crispy clean I can make myself look.
Major transformation in the morning, nothing like the hurry scurry slap and dash that I had when all my time went into puffing.
Cheers

mad,
Change your morning routine! Start off with pilates or stretches or do something completely different :) This distraction will become your avoidance technique.
Keep taking it day by day and step by step. :) You can do this we are always here to help.
Keep Strong,
Josie
