H, know exectly what you been thru. I was at a hotel for a meeting today, there was 1 smoker in the room and guess what - yes she sat next to me :8o: It wasn't the smell or anything like that, but she had a packet with a lighter on the table almost right in front of me - I had to stare at them all day!! Also she went out for a cig every break time. I am happy to report that I was not (even once) tempted to have one, but what it did do was remind me of cigarettes all day. I actually get more of a kick from resisting now rather than smoking, but it certainly has tested my resolve. It started out pretty bad. The person that sat next to me on the bus smelled of cigarettes. I waited on the corner for the light to change and again three people were smoking around me. I walked away and bought a coffee and went to work. I went for a walk at 10 am. and bought some chocolate hearts for my family for valentine day. I feel pretty good so far. I drive my car and I see someone smoking while driving. I feel sorry for them because they will have to stop and buy more and spend there money on them.I don't have to do that!!! H, Doesn't it just smell nasty when you are standing around second hand smoke? I find it just repulsive and can't understand how I put that crap in my lungs for 36 years. Congrats on getting through it and keep up the good fight. Just Say N.O.P.E. H, Good job! As ex-smokers we have to face the facts that there are still going to be some nicotine addicts out there that we can't avoid. All we can do is hold on to our quits and be safe in the knowledge that we have broken an addiction that the vast majority of smokers wish they could. Keep on keepin' on! [b][color=Green]Be Strong.
