Hey Everyone!! It's a another beautiful smoke-free day!!! I am doing pretty well. Todayit hit me as it does alot how great it is to be smoke free! I feel so much more like who I want to be! Sometimes I think wow! this is such a big change, but than other times it's like no a big difference, you know? I definately don't think about smoking that much, in any way really. Although i am STILL having dreams! ugh! hate them!! They scare me everytime! Its not until I quit smoking that i realize how much better equipped i am to dealing with problems and lil upsets! So feeling great! Dont have much else to say but.... How my knights doing? Ang, Congrats on a great job! Try those relaxation techniques before bed and you may see a difference with the dreams and you will sleep better as well. Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
