ang... take some deep breaths. Let go of that anger. It's not doing you any good. What productive can come of it? Nothing. You have a great quit and no one is worth losing it over. Some times life sucks and it does whether you smoke or not. You already know that smoking never makes anything better or solves any issues.
Get out your coping skills and use them. Do something to take your mind off the situation. Go for a walk, take a shower, watch a movie...whatever it takes... just don't smoke. Go ahead and scream if it helps. You wont be the first to yell out in frustration, trust me.
Turn away from the anger. You've had your moment and now its over. Let it go. Move forward in a possitive direction. You can do it.
